Workflow is a pervasive through-out the system, allowing business process automation management through a common interface This module is responsible for executing predefined sequences of events, and is responsible for moving ‘work packages’ from one user to the next in accordance with prescribed and approved ‘workflows’ or business processes.

The workflow provides for serial and parallel processes and escalations. When a process is falling behind the prescribed schedule it is fully integrated with email so users are notified through email when action is required by them and escalations to supervisors in the event the work still not completed in time.
