What does dlm stand for?
Drug/Device Life Cycle Management – a holistic approach taken in the design of VIZYX to manage the entire product life cycle from R&D through clinical, regulatory, quality, manufacture and recall.

What is Subscription Pricing?
Traditionally software has been sold as a Client/Server solution, where you purchase the server component and then named Client “seats” for each user. With VIZYX you pay an implementation fee and then a monthly subscription for the use of the software, eliminating large capital expense.

Is the system validated?
Yes, ICM provides validation services with a subscription pricing model. This service includes the validation of the server, database, and VIZYX software. In addition ICM provides services such as GAP analysis and a Master Validation Plan (see services for more)

Will my employees be trained? If so, what is your process?
Training is in the form of Train-the-Trainer or End User training and is dependent on the Client's requirements. ICM Clients also have access to ICM’s on-line training system for e-Learning.

What are JAD sessions?
The ICM methodology for deployment of VIZYX is based on JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions which are a reliable  method for understanding, determining, designing and deploying systems based on exact user requirements.

How will you support me and what do I do if I have a problem or question?
ICM has a Professional Services Team based in Atlanta, Ga., for technical support. They are available by telephone during normal business hours, which are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST) five days per week, Monday through Friday. In addition, “critical” corrective maintenance is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week. ICM also provides our Clients with an on-line trouble ticketing system, that allows you to log a question via the web and then track it through resolution via the web.

How do I obtain upgrades and new functionality?
All software upgrades and new releases are included in ICM’s subscription pricing model.

VIZYX .dlm is an intuitive and scaleable end to end software solution that provides Food and Drug Administration (FDA) electronic compliance management for the Regulatory, Quality, Medical, Clinical and Legal Affairs departments for Life Sciences companies.

What is the implementation timeframe before we can put the software into production?
Once the JAD sessions are complete and have been accepted by the customer, the software and training, in most cases, would be ready for production in less than 90 days.
